I used Thomas McCann at TAUK for the sale of my property and it was by far the best experience of selling a property I have ever had! Thomas was exceptional throughout. He has a great level of knowledge of the current market, pricing my property at the right price which in turn was on the market for less than 1 month before a sale was agreed. From the valuation to completion I was kept informed throughout the process, always a phone call away, even on weekends. That was one of the reasons I why choose to sell with Thomas, he could do viewings at times where many / most estate agents won’t, weekends/ bank holidays and after 5pm. The sale itself was straightforward and complete in 3 months. Apparently selling / moving home is in the top 5 stressful life events…I have never felt more relaxed and reassured when selling a property, Thomas takes away the stress and makes the whole process a breeze!
