Purchased a house through the Agency UK. Tom was superb on the viewings; knowledgeable of the house, the area and the market. Coral was the sales progressor who was brilliant. Her comms via WhatsApp was first class, and she kept us fully informed every step of the way. Her commitment and personality made the process as easy and straightforward as buying a house could have been. If I was selling in the area, I wouldn’t hesitate to engage their services.

Coral was fantastic, professional and knowledgeable. She came and valued our home and took time to go into things, best foot forward for us and she would assist with the sale. Although we haven’t put our house on the market just yet I would not hesitate to contact her when we do over other usual high street names.

Tom and Coral have been the agents for my sellers… what a fabulous experience it’s been. Constantly in communication, there whenever you need them and no question is stupid! I may not be their direct client but I feel like I am. The service I’ve received has been second to none. In future sales – I’ll always be using them. No doubt. After our previous poor experience when trying to sell this property with a local high street estate agent, I didn’t hold out much hope of a quick sale and was dreading the whole process.
Coral was recommended to us by one of my partners friends as she had sold their house recently…….and my god am I glad we took their recommendation!
She is ON IT! All over all parties involved to ensure we got the quick completion we requested, and we were kept updated and guided every step of the way.

She managed to get our house completed, from sale agreed to exchange, in 10 weeks!! 13 weeks in total if we’re including time on the market!!
She is a total breath of fresh air. I only wish all agents were half as on it as Coral is.

Recently had Coral round for a valuation, she was brilliant in what information she knew about the area and types of properties on the market at that time. She gave me pros and cons of my property and what to expect if it was put onto the market.
