After having had my house on the market with a high street agent for several weeks, producing no viewing at all, I spoke to my next door neighbour, who had put her house up for sale the same day as me and had got a buyer within the first couple of weeks with TAUK. Shortly after this Mark contacted me offering his services and I decided I had nothing to lose. Mark pulled out all the stops, producing very professional photos of my property and a walk through video The pictures were refreshed on a regular basis, so they never got stale He got me plenty of viewings, providing great feedback directly after each one and making follow up calls to each prospective buyer 1-2 days later. Mark found me lovely buyers who offered me a great price. He liaised with them throughout, making sure they were happy with the survey etc. and keeping me informed all the way. Mark even offered to help me with my moving. He is handing over the keys on Monday along with taking my meter readings for me.
