Mark Quinn acted for the seller in the sale of the property, however as a buyer, we found Mark to be extremely helpful with a purchase that unfortunately was fraught with several problems. He was accommodating and spent what was probably several hours at the property overall whilst we dealt with the logistics of pushing the purchase forward. As a property professional myself it was a pleasure to deal with Mark and we would certainly be happy to use him should we ever decide to sell our new home!

Having just purchased a property, we cannot recommend Mark Quinn and Quinn Property Limited enough. From our initial viewing, Mark was unlike any other agents we had met on our property search and took the time to really show us around the property and explain all of the particulars, benefits and possibilities. Going one step further, Mark explained the positives of the local area to us and encouraged us to explore the area as he felt it was a great fit for us. Mark accommodated multiple visits at short notice and at various times – nothing ever seemed as though it was too much bother and we really appreciated this. Not only this, but Mark went above and beyond in communicating with our brokers and lenders to ensure the process was as smooth as possible for us and the seller, something we didn’t expect but that subsequently resulted in a quick purchase meaning we moved in within 8 weeks from our initial offer.
