I purchased this property in 1978, and brought up my family here. It has been a very much loved family home since that time and I will be sad to leave. The house is perfectly located for the local schools, being in the catchment area for Loose Primary, Valley Park Secondary and walking distance to all the Grammar schools. The town centre is a ten minute walk away, as is Mote Park. The house is on a bus route and the M20 motorway is a few minutes’ drive too. There are several fields on our door step as part of South Park, with tennis courts, a hockey club, an astroturfed pitch for multiple sports, a gym and perfect dog walking areas.
The house itself has a large kitchen, having been extended, and parking for multiple vehicles. The rear garden is a fantastic size which the family have enjoyed over the years. It’s fully double glazed and I had a new roof only a few years ago. I hope the next owners will be as happy here as I have been.
