We have lived here since 2019 and during our time in this fantastic family home we have loved the community feel that surrounds this property and street. The street really comes to life during holiday periods and for big events. During Halloween the houses are decorated which our son loved when trick or treating, Christmas the street is awash with amazing decorations which adds to the festive spirit. We have been lucky enough to spend a coronation in this home and again the community feel really came through as everyone organised a street party and all chipped in, one way or another.
The neighbours in the estate really care for one another and for the street, always willing to help from something as little as putting your bins out if you forgot or even lending something like a ladder.
This home has been perfect for our little family allowing us to spend time together in an open plan environment meaning we didn’t miss first milestones in our sons development because of being closed away in a different room. One of the positives that drew us to this home was the potential we believed it had, as the loft was already prepared for either a luxurious master floor or the possibility of two more bedrooms and a bathroom, with minimal effort or expense. The open plan ground floor with double patio doors leading to the garden were perfect for our summer BBQs whether as a family or entertaining with the garden offering peace and privacy as it’s not overlooked.
