The terraced cottage is between the farmhouse and a barn and has a utility room, living room with wood burning stove, kitchen, wide first-floor landing, two double bedrooms and a bathroom complete with a slipper bath and separate shower cubicle. I should mention the fantastic views from the living room, landing and bathroom. They are amazing as are those from the outside.

Pateley Bridge has most things one needs: a Doctors Surgery, Dentist, Chemist, two award-winning butchers, bakers and two convenience stores, a filling station, a council-run gym, and a swimming pool. Both the primary school and the secondary school is marked Good by Ofsted as is Glasshouses primary school.

Bills are £350 per month to include council tax, heating and electricity.
