Firstly, it was great being able to park in an allocated space so close to Dorchester Town. I was greeted by the owner outside and getting to the apartment was very easy, being ground floor and so close to the main entrance. The hallway was spacious, and I was particularly impressed by the size and aspect of the kitchen/living room. Both bedrooms are great sized double rooms so excellent for a small family or some working professionals. Shared ownership is a great way to get on the property ladder, knowing that you are contributing towards your own future and not someone else’s.
