Established independent Redruth estate agents

Growing up in the famous, former mining town of Camborne, near Redruth Cornwall.

It’s hard not to feel fascinated by all things property when surrounded by many architectural delights.

From beautiful granite built town-houses to quirky, chocolate-box cottages.

Nick started his property career during his late teens.

Working with local independent estate agents, Nick quickly gained an in-depth understanding of the local property market, covering the coastal town of Helston and the adjoining Lizard Peninsula and many other rural locations in West Cornwall.

Quickly working his way up through the ranks, his passion for property earned him a reputation for successfully selling homes and property management from a young age.

Ever eager to help buyers with their property search he quickly honed an efficient selling process.

He spent time at one of the UK’s largest online estate agents.

Covering a large part of the county before returning to a traditional estate agent.

Running a sizeable, busy branch in the marine town of Falmouth and former mining giant Redruth.

Nick has decided to combine his formidable reputation, professional and friendly approach with The Agency UK’s estate agency backing to bring his local community the power of local knowledge and expertise.

Combined with beautiful marketing and a streamlined, customer-focused approach to moving home.

When Nick isn’t selling homes in Cornwall, shaming all other estate agents (just kidding), you can find him staying active in and around the local community.

An avid gym-goer and football player for the village club Illogan RBL. He is also an active charitable fundraiser, having worked previously alongside the local children’s hospice, by completing a virtual half marathon during the pandemic to raise funds for the charity.

Nick is also our estate agent for Camborne.

Sold my house with Nick Brown

Sold my house with Nick Brown. I can honestly say the service provided was exceptional. I live in Lancaster and my house is in Cornwall. Nick has given honest and sound advice and was also an ear to listen to when I ended up as blubbering wreck. It’s pretty stressful trying to sell a house so far away. Nick was always on hand to offer support and the fact that he made himself available to speak to out of hours was such a huge relief. I work 12 hour shifts at my local hospital and Nick understands completely that not everyone lives in a 9 to 5 world and support is needed sometimes at last minute or even on the occasional Sunday. Thank you Nick. I could not have done it without you.

    Highly Recommended

We’ve just completed a highly emotional sale of a cherished property with Nick and we cannot recommend his services highly enough. We first encountered TAUK via Alan Shields and the location of our property placed us under Nick’s area. The experience and knowledge is second to none and the ability to access existing lists of clients actively searching for properties, means that I was able to achieve a record price for my property which eased the pain of having to let it go. Nick has an excellent calm demeanour which is crucial for property transactions when things can be extremely stressful and ‘down to the wire’ for concluding missives. Despite a last minute legal wrangle, Nick remained cool-headed and supported us right to the final handover of keys. In current times, the charges for Nick’s service were extremely reasonable and handling everything from the sale proceeds was yet another weight off our minds. Thank you Nick for being there for us at the right time and we hope you enjoyed being responsible for the record 60 second sale of our property! Will recommend you to others looking for the best possible price with the best possible service.
