The hardest part about writing a review for Tom is doing him justice. Tom was very professional and filled me with confidence from the start. When our first buyer pulled out towards the end of the transaction. Tom phoned me and reassured me that he will put it back on the market and resell it. Less than a week and he had another buyer. Tom did viewings on the weekends and even an Easter Sunday viewing! when most estate agents are closed. Tom was always on hand to help throughout the process and nothing was too big an ask. Would I recommend Tom to my friends or family? I already have! Thank you very much Tom for all of your help and hard work.

TOM BELL – first class!

I recently purchased a house marketed by TAUK and I really cant rate Tom Bell highly enough. When I first viewed the property (and I’d viewed a few by this point) the first thing I noticed was how genuine and helpful Tom was. In my experience ive found most estate agents to be quite pushy, very ‘salesman like’ and Ive therefore always found the need to play my cards close to my chest. Tom was the opposite. He clearly wanted to get the best possible price for the seller but he was honest, realistic and played a vital role in negotiations. Once a price had been agreed, Tom kept in contact with me every step of the way, replying to my messages no matter what time of the day it was. The seller was at times a little slow getting paperwork together and Tom went over and above, assisting the seller with getting their things in order and collecting and delivering their paperwork to their solicitor (with their permission). The house that I purchased was in an awful state and needed a huge amount of work and I honestly dont think I would have purchased it had it been marketed by a different agent. Buying a house can be daunting, especially if that house is so run down, but I felt like I could trust Tom and that gave me the confidence to go for it- and I’m so pleased I did! (I don’t intend to sell but if I ever did, Tom will be my first port of call)
