I fell and broke my wrist the day after I sold my house. Glen Durham, owner of TAK, the agent I was buying my new home from, helped to turn a disaster around. I had lived in my house for 42 years so the house buying process had changed completely. He came to my house and spent over two hours helping me to fill in all the forms for the solicitors on the computer and sent them off. He always returned my calls to help with friendly, patient advice knowing that I was now on my own. He liaised with the seller on points I had raised . In fact , what would have been an almost impossible nightmare of trying to cope in pain with one arm became fairly stress free.
