We decided to use Rhys Jordan to sell our home because when I contacted him to view another property I had a reply within minutes. I felt this is great if you also have a property to sell having such a quick response. Rhys was really knowledgable and helped us immensely in the sale of our property. Rhys was always at the end of the phone regardless of the time of day. Rhys was very professional in each aspect of our sale. We also had our property on line in a very speedy day or so and the photos and details of the house were great. We highly recommend Rhys and felt we started with an agent and we now have a friend. I knew from the very first meeting with Rhys that I had confidence he would sell my house & that we were going to use his services. Rhys has great local knowledge & understanding of the current local market. We just knew he would be the perfect fit for us & our personal circumstances around work & family life. The biggest attribute I felt Rhys offered through the whole process was his communication – 10 out of 10. He often went above & beyond what we needed & quite frequently would take phone calls out of working hours to answer any questions we or our buyer needed. We came across a few problems along the way for various reasons on searches, etc, but Rhys was brilliant for advice, support & even to pick up tasks that he didn’t need too to try help our Sale get over the line. Our first sale was unfortunate due to the original buyer becoming unwell. We were slightly time pressured in trying to get someone in so we didn’t lose our onward purchase – not only did Rhys get someone in, he managed to get the deal over line from viewing the first viewing to us moving into our new home in just 37 days!! Very impressive. Top service, honest guy, reliable & amazing communication throughout the whole process. If I ever decide to sell again, I will be using Rhys….. but for now, we are a very happy family in our forever home!!
