Tim Nutting was an outstanding estate agent and friend as well. It’s not just a job he does, but a passion and you can see he really enjoys what he does. Tim takes time to get to know you, and to address your needs and what works best for you. It was a real personal experience and didn’t feel like you were working with an agency. He works on your needs quickly but also has a patience which we found a lot of agencies did not have as they rush to make a sale. After a lot of previous poor experiences with agencies, Tim changed my outlook on the whole moving experience and made it completely stress free with exceptional communication and loyalty. I want to start this review by giving Tim Nutting a special mention. His professionalism, dedication and pleasant demeanour made our experience as stress free as possible. Whenever we had issues or questions, Tim was there to help and did so with our needs in mind.

We had previously tried to sell our home through a different estate agent unsuccessfully. We were on the market with them 24 weeks and we only achieved 2 viewings in that time. By contrast, when we advertised our property through TAUK, we got 9 in the first week and promptly sold our home shortly thereafter. We wish we had found Tim sooner!

With our previous estate agent, they didn’t always return our calls or even show up for meetings. We were very much treated like a number on a spreadsheet and not made to feel that special or important to them. Our experience with Tim couldn’t be more different! Tim Nutting at Norwich was our estate agent for the sell of our property and purchase of our new property. Tim has been brilliant – we couldn’t have asked for more. His expertise, attention to detail, efficiency, and warm genuine approach have made all the difference. He went above and beyond to help us ensure our property was looking its best for pictures and viewings, and secured a sale with excellent buyers far quicker than I was expecting. We ended up having quite a protracted chain due to delays further up the chain and Tim was excellent at chasing up, communicating and making sure our buyers stayed interested.
