As a first time buyer, it can be quite overwhelming finding your ideal home but it was nice having Kathleen help us in the process. Very informative but a no pressure experience which is what every buyer needs!

My brother’s neighbour suggested Kate, the founder of The Agency UK in St Austell, as she had just sold their bungalow. Kate worked so hard for us, lots of helpful suggestions, lots of patience needed with my brother and wonderful understanding of his difficulties. She worked many hours getting ready for our open weekend which went seamlessly and resulted in the perfect buyers. I’ve bought and sold 5 properties and I’ve never received service as good as this.

As a purchaser, we can’t praise Kate Ellis enough. She kept us fully informed all the way through the buying process and it didn’t matter what time or day it was she was always there to answer our queries. Kate was outstanding! In a time where 1 in 3 sales fall through – agents like Kate are the ones who make sales go through! A viewing that took place with 2 hours notice on a Sunday afternoon, transparent price negotiations that secured the price we targeted and a conveyancing process where Kate managed the chain end to end. I’m still blown away by the management of the conveyancing process. Kate managed all of the solicitors and agents in the chain to ensure all buyers were aligned + agents / solicitors were meeting deadlines. She did more than the rest of the chain combined! Absolutely outstanding! After this experience, I would never consider using any other estate agent.
