Went for a house viewing that Dan had listed told him all about the situation we were in with another well known estate agent the list was endless. Dan said he would help us by taking on our property. Dan came round to our house spent a good 2 hours or More taking amazing pictures taking time to get to know us and our needs. Dan also got out the drone and took time to show our son how it all worked which was amazing as most people would of just wanted to pack up and go. Never to much trouble to tex or call Dan at any hour including weekends always gave us updates and got back to me straight away. Guess what am trying to say is we would of used Dan straight away if we knew about his company he has been amazing right through to the end when things got very stressful for us. Everything went to plan and we got our move date. If your looking to put your home up for sale then Dan is your man. Friendly calm and understanding of all your needs. If we ever move house again we will definitely be using Dan.
