Alan – Best agent in the UK!

Thank you so much to Alan for making the process of my first sale such an easy and enjoyable time! From start to finish (less than 3 weeks in total!) Alan managed to organise absolutely everything for me! I put my trust in him as an inexperienced seller and not only did he manage to get my flat under offer within 3 weeks of getting in touch with him, he kept me up to date every step of the way and was available at any time of day for any questions or advice required! During my viewings, 2 of the couples said that what made them so keen on viewing my flat was the professionalism and prompt reply with information to them by Alan! He really has made this whole experience amazing and I couldn’t have sold my flat without him. Thank you again for everything you did for us!

Outstanding service from start to finish and made the process of selling my property flawless. Outstanding service from day one

Outstanding service from day one. Meeting Alan on the first day set us at ease in an alien environment to us. Alan was clear and confident when guiding us through the sale process and was always at the end of the phone day and sometimes late at night. Alan delt with the whole process including potential buyers, solicitors, marketing and reports but most importantly just advice. Would recommend Alan and The Agency to any one. That’s a tenner you owe me Alan 😆
