Dean McCluskey offered great service and went above and beyond. Dean helped every step on the way with purchasing my next home. Dean mcluskey really went above and beyond to get us the price we wanted. His communication was really good can’t fault him at all. I always felt assured when I had any concerns and I enjoyed that he kept us updated even if there wasn’t much of an update. Felt like having a friend selling your house and I feel like that’s how it should be! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Proactive and personal service
Dean was recommended to me by a family friend and I’d have no hesitation in recommending him to others. This was the 1st time I’d moved in over 20 years and I was also doing this alone so was quite nervous. I needn’t have been, he was there on the phone if I needed to ask questions and if he couldn’t answer straight away would always call back at the earliest opportunity he had. He was proactive in keeping contact with agents and solicitors in my chain too. He’s very professional, yet friendly and understanding of your wishes, listens to and respects them. Very proactive for getting prospective buyers through the door and, unlike a lot of the high street agents, personally conducted the viewings which was perfect for me! Thank you for everything Dean!

Just in the process of buying my first house. I was lucky enough that the estate agent was Dean representing The Agency.
