    After initial contact with Grant it took several months before I was ready to proceed with putting my property on the market (due to health issues that I had). Grant kept in contact during this period (without being pushy or putting me under pressure). He explained in detail (but in layman’s terms) how best to proceed. After Grant had carried out dozens of viewings a closing date was set in less than two weeks from going on market.
