No1 Estate Agent
I genuinely mean it when I say the service we received was outstanding. We’ve had our share of experiences with other estate agents in the past (and I won’t name names, but they were quite disappointing). Eric, even if he might prefer I didn’t say this, was always available to provide reassurance and address any questions we had. He truly alleviated the stress of buying and selling for us, and we wouldn’t consider using any other company in the future. Although we don’t intend to move again anytime soon, I can confidently say that with TA UK, you are in superb hands! Thank you so much Eric!!

Eric remained attentive and helpful…
Eric remained attentive and helpful during my house purchase for me as the buyer whilst acting for their client the seller. The transaction went through smoothly without me having to worry about having an input and the completion was done in a timely manner on completion day which was helpful for me in full time employment/with limited time flexibility.

TAUK would 100% recommend
From start to finish our experience with TAUK has been outstanding! The team showed an extensive knowledge and understanding of what it takes to buy and sell in the current competitive housing market.
Our house only being on the market for 3 days is testament to that!! The creative video footage along with beautiful photos and an informative review showcased our family home of 10 years wonderfully!!
Nick, Eric and Gemma were always on hand to answer our questions and talk us through the process, they also helped organise viewings and made us feel listened too and at ease throughout.
We would 100% recommend TAUK and would choose them again if/when we move again…
