Dan Woods – a breath of fresh air

We chose to put our house on the market back in September of last year. Right from meeting Dan Woods initially, we knew he was the kind of agent we wanted to work with – honest, proactive and knowledgeable. From putting our house on the market to completing, the process wasn’t simple, with 2 sales falling through at the last minute (not through any fault of Dan’s) and also with our own added pressure of having a baby on the way and the risk of us losing the house we had offered on. Dan took all of this in his stride, reassuring us and not once telling us to drop the price as other agents would have done. Dan is a breath of fresh air when it comes to estate agency, nothing is too much, he is there to answer any questions (day and night) and we truly wouldn’t hesitate recommending him to anyone. It is rare nowadays you find someone who cares just as much as Dan does. We can’t thank him enough for getting our house sold and ensuring we completed a week before our baby was due to arrive. Genuinely cannot thank Dan Woods enough for his support throughout our selling process. Our flat was listed in March 2024 with an immediate offer, and 5 months in fell through. Dan quickly got the property sold again, but unfortunate circumstances the second sale fell through. Dan managed to sell the property a third time a few days before Christmas! We have just exchanged contracts, and this whole time (13 months) Dan has been exceptional. We have kept in the loop every step of the way and fully supported throughout.
