Daniel Woods was excellent
We had been looking at many houses on our search for our new home, and to be honest some agents would put you off with the way they do things, like rushing you,showing no interest, not listening to you, fiddling with there phones,not turning up etc etc and not even knowing the answer to basic question BUT Then we went to view a house and the agent was a guy called Daniel Woods who was the total opposite to any agent before ! We were not rushed, Daniel was very nice, he knew everything about the house, the surrounding area and any questions we asked he clearly explained everything.
Yes it easy say who cares about the agent and its about the house but honestly for us it mattered and actually contributed a lot to us deciding to make an offer.
We asked Daniel to check with the Vendor on other things and he did promtly and after that he arranged a second viewing for us. We sat down with Daniel who talked to us clearly about everything,he took his time anbd honestly just gave us great confidence in the house we wanted to buy !
When out offer was accepted Daniel organised everything for us, he got us a really good solictor called Mezzle Law who were excellent, Donna was on top of everything. Also there was The Property progressors where Katrina was so helpful through out, she was always there for anything we needed and that was so great to have that support.
All in all they say buying a house is the most stressful time in someones lives and this been myself and my Wifes first home i must say it was actually not bad, did’nt feel stressful and i can only put that down to Daniel Woods who got everything in place which led to a smooth transition through out. Like honestly Daniel just got married on a Saturday and was still able to meet us on the following Monday to hand us out keys on Completion.
I would highly Daniel Woods if buyiong or even selling a house because compared to every other agency we dealt with,this felt like a be-spoke experience.

So thank you Daniel if you are reading this.

Dan Woods – Highly recommended, excellent result!
I had a great experience working with Dan Woods who recently sold my house. Dan worked incredibly hard to ensure the sale progressed at a good pace, and both he and Katrina dealt with any queries quickly and efficiently. Out of hours messages were swiftly responded to which was really appreciated as I was abroad during the sale so the time difference made it difficult to keep to UK hours.

Dan genuinely cares about his clients, goes above and beyond and is really invested in getting a positive outcome for everyone. Can’t recommend him enough. Thanks Dan!

Honesty and great communication
I don’t normally use independent estate agents, but after a traumatic experience with a larger agency, I decided to go with Dan. From the start, I knew I had made the right decision.

Dan’s communication was excellent. No matter what time of day, he was always available to answer my questions and keep me updated. His responsiveness and dedication gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process.

Dan and Katrina were absolutely excellent. As first time buyers, we were complete novices but Dan, from the offset, was helpful, efficient and supportive. Dan and Katrina were always quick to reply to our many emails and messages and offered sound advice.
You often hear that estate agents will be on the side of the seller, but definitely not the case here.
Dan was always fair and quick to try to assist us in anyway he could.
He and Katrina made the whole process manageable.
Would highly recommend to anyone entering on their house buying journey.

Dan Woods over at the Agency UK is a top guy. Normally when you buy somewhere people tell you that the EA only works in the interests of the sellers and watch for this watch for that etc etc, this wasn’t the case with our home buying purchase at all.

Every email we’d sent had a quick reply, every text had a rapid response, reassurances given at every point if we had questions that needed answering.

I’m not surprised I visited this website and saw over 1000 5 star reviews. They’re definitely warranted.
