Estate Agents in Cowes. Find out more about the Isle of Wight here.

As a family man, the island is the perfect place to bring up my children and is full of stunning golden beaches. Beautiful countryside and also has excellent schools for the kids. It is the perfect place for families, and I could not think of a better place for my kids to grow up.

I have always felt fortunate to be in this business. And I find it so rewarding helping my clients through the whole process of buying and selling their homes. It’s a journey I really get deeply involved in with them, holding their hands all the way through. I have made some amazing lifetime friends through the business of selling homes, and I am extremely grateful for that too.

Locally, many people know me. And I can’t wait to help my clients and hold their hands’ again and many other future clients, too, through the whole process. What’s exciting for me is seeing my clients settling in their new dream homes with my help. Moving home is often a life-changing experience for many people, and to be apart of that, is so rewarding. It’s a job I fell in love with years ago, and now more than a job. It’s become a lifestyle for me that makes me smile every day.

I recently purchased a house on the Isle of Wight through The Agency UK. The agent looking after the sale was Andy Allen. As soon as I met Andy, I knew this was the estate agency that I wanted to purchase a property through. There was no hard-sell or sales manipulation. He was helpful, honest and patient. After my offer had been accepted, Andy continued to be supportive. When solicitors were taking their time, he helped things along, and he was always happy to give advice. Buying a house is a stressful thing to do, but doing it through The Agency UK made a huge positive difference. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Living on the mainland, I needed an agent I could rely on with my sale, without any hassle or additional journeys over to the island. Andy was just that – extremely helpful and responding to my texts and calls 24/7. His fees were also competitive. I will certainly be using him again in the future.

I can’t recommend Andy highly enough, he has gone way above and beyond for us. He’s extremely friendly, reliable and an awesome communicator. We came across TAUK by chance and what a stroke of luck we had. Andy handled our sale and purchase for us, recommended his solicitors who were also fantastic. He really does everything possible to ensure his clients reach the end goal they hope for. Thank you Andy, we are very grateful for all of your help with the whole process

Andy Allen was the agent of the vendor. We found him so friendly, helpful, approachable and proactive, we almost felt like he was our agent! He helped us over any hurdles along the way and always went the extra mile to ensure all went well. Please don’t hesitate in using Andy who is the Isle of Wight TAUK representative.
