Far more than your conventional estate agent. I instructed Kelly recently to sell a property for me, 4 agents through the door and only 1 that stood head and shoulders above all. Kelly’s vast experience of the profession, local knowledge of the area, and commitment to go that extra mile with accompanied viewings 7 days a week was exactly what I was requiring in an agent, successfully achieving a completion in just 8 weeks from start to finish. Kelly was extremely approachable, contactable and having that exact point of contact was a breath of fresh air, past experiences of getting handed from one person to another within a high street agency 9-5 Monday to Friday was not working for me as a developer. 1000% the right decision and without doubt recommend to anyone who is looking for a trusted agent who isn’t just going to forget about you after signing on the dotted line. I received weekly updates, chasing those sometimes stale moments that tend to happen during the legalities. Nothing was too much trouble, with everything else to think about while selling property I handed over the keys and all the responsibility to someone I had confidence in , little things like knowing your property was left secure after viewings to knowing that every inquiry that came in was going to get chased. Without doubt, the best in her field.
