This was my first property and I didn’t know what to expect. When I first viewed the property I met Kelly Young who was friendly, approachable and very knowledgable. From then on she helped guide me with the process of purchasing a home. I work shifts and any questions I had I felt able to contact her at anytime which was great. When I was successful with the purchase I felt she was as excited as me and I even got a bottle of fizz and some keepsakes with the date and address on. This was a lovely token from her and very much appreciated. I Cannot recommend Kelly Young enough!

An Estate Agent that understands the difference between advertising and ‘marketing’

We met Kelly while viewing one of her listings with a friend. We’ve actually met a few agents recently – and most are friendly and happy to show us around houses.

Kelly had a different approach. Her energy and enthusiasm was matched only by her clear prep and background knowledge on the property being viewing.

She had done her homework and not only pre-empted most of our questions – but had honest and straight answers to give. It all came together and my friend did buy the house.

We were so impressed with her approach we have actually instructed Kelly to take on our family home that has been on the market for some time – and to hopefully help us to get that sold.

Again Kelly arrived prepared and knowledgeable. Kelly had already done her research and was up to speed on the history of the property before she sat down.

The images are beautiful and the description more detailed than any other agent.

Knowing she advertises on all the usual platforms is a must. Having someone that takes time to understand the property, take beautiful images and that we can reach out to outside of core office hours is so important for us.
