Highly Recommend – Service Beyond Expectations

Having experienced numerous “high street” estate agents, working with Richard was truly a breath of fresh air. From start to finish the whole experience was way beyond our expectations. After struggling for some time to get interest on our house, within a short amount of time Richard took us from a position of losing hope to being sold subject to contract. He made the whole process so smooth, and as with every house sale there were very difficult times, but as he had set up a WhatsApp group for us and him, he was always very quick to reply and help which got us to the point of completion. We truly believe had it not been for Richard we would still be in our old home and would have given up selling all together. I cannot recommend him enough, great service and such a genuinely kind and supportive person through a time that is always full of a lot of stress. Thank you Richard, we are so happy in our new home and wouldn’t have got here without you 🙂

Rich sold our house in Frenchay…

Rich sold our house in Frenchay Bristol, he was really great and so easy to get hold of we had a whatapps group and he was always there to help see things through. I wouldn’t use anyone but him now, great experience!!!!

Friendly and helpful

From the very beginning we really warmed to Rich as he was friendly and really took the time to get to know us. He was supportive throughout the process and was also quick to respond with guidance whenever needed. I cannot fault the service we received and would recommended Rich to anyone wishing to sell their house. I am so pleased I found out about TAUK and that Rich was our local estate agent as it made the process as easy as possible.
