    Mia Evans’ OUTSTANDING service

    Mia has been absolutely amazing. I seeked advice from Mia & got all the answers I needed & more. Bearing in mind I don’t even have my property on the market with her, no question was too much trouble! She went into depth, was so professional yet so friendly and approachable! Even at late hours she answered! Please if you are reading this, don’t make the mistake that we made by NOT choosing Mia to list with! All I can say is, an outstanding service without having my home listed with her, I can only imagine the service working with her. Thankyou Mia Evans!

    We recently viewed (& made an offer!) on a house after viewing with Mia Evans. We went into the house viewing not expecting to love it as much as we did. Mia was able to talk about the house with ease and show us so much more than we would have seen had we just been by ourselves. Mia was able to talk about all the different aspects of the house and any particular selling points, she was also able to answer every question that we had. After having some less impactful viewings with other housing estate agents, it was refreshing to come out of this one with everything we needed to make an offer. The use of a printed info sheet with instructions on how to offer made the whole process so much easier. Mia was also super helpful and approachable the whole way through the offer process which helped! We will 100% be using her when we go to sell our next house. Thank you!!
