With over twenty years’ experience in the industry, Kate’s expertise lies in residential sales where she boasts extensive knowledge and acumen of the Cornish property market. She joins from Purplebricks, where she was the Territory Owner covering the whole of the county, with previous companies including local independent firms.

At The Agency UK, Kate markets various residential properties to include traditional Cornish townhouses and cottages. By embracing the company’s unique self-employed business model, she is the sole point of contact for a select group of sellers at any one time from start to finish – facilitating a new level of client service for the area. When not selling properties, Kate can be found walking along Par Beach with her cockapoo, Albert, or joining her husband on sea fishing trips.
