Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch have grown not only in size but its popularity in the property market. I forget how lucky I am to be brought up around a gorgeous coastline and a vibrant and cosmopolitan lifestyle with still some great historical architecture and peaceful countryside.
It used to be associated with an older demographic. However, with a growing University, excellent schools, quality restaurants and shops, I have seen the market grow and witnessed significant growth and an influx of activity with an increased number of buyers from out of the area.
The world has changed over the last twelve months. The property market has also, with companies and individuals working remotely, families especial have been coming to the south coast to search for their new dream home.
With demand at an all-time high, we need to see more sellers looking to sell. Once the stamp duty holiday finishes, we will probably see a shift to a more even market to sellers and buyers.
This also combined with mortgages companies offering great deals for first-time buyers and existing homeowners. As a result, the housing market is in a good place.
